Arianna joined Plug and Play in 2019 as part of the Founding Team and has focused her activities in managing the relationship with the Corporate Partners and driving the accelerator program with a focus on conducting startup PoCs and implementations into products, services and processes across all the vertical run in Italy. Arianna is well experienced in the corporate innovation landscape, leading projects along the entire corporate-startup portfolio. She developed key relationships with major companies and consulted clients like Lavazza, Meta, UniCredit in their innovation strategies on group level and with specific business units. Today she is overseeing the partnerships in place with 10 Corporates and 5 programs, as well as the actives with the local Community. Ambassador of FoundHER she is leading the efforts at EMEA level to nurture diversity and support talents across industries.
