                E-Commerce Operations Manager
            
            I was born and raised in Bologna, where I returned after gaining several academic experiences abroad. My professional career started  in the Telco industry as member of a Graduate Program in Vodafone, one of the leading company in the world. 
I then joined YOOX - NET A PORTER GROUP in the Operations Department taking up the role of Customer Care & Quality Manager and then of Senior Customer Care Manager on strategic Omnichannel and customer experience projects at a global level.
Last year I joined Woolrich as E-commerce Operations Manager. 
I am responsible for setting up and maintaining all key operational activities for Woolrich E-commerce business in Europe.
